Built in 2020 on 21.5 acres, the garden-style property has studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units averaging 820 sf. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog par, business center, game room, social lounge, coffee bar, and outdoor grilling and dining areas.
Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller, a partnership between White-Conlee Builders and Palatine Capital Partners, and procured the buyer.
