AUSTIN – 823 Congress, a 190,254-sf downtown office building, has been sold.
The building recently underwent $15 million in renovations. It was 71 percent leased at the time of sale.
The sale included a six-story parking garage at 900 Brazos St.
Newmark represented the seller, a fund backed by New York-based DRA Advisors. The team also arranged acquisition financing for the buyer, Dallas-based Pillar Commercial.
