CARROLLTON – Avenida Partners and Artemis Real Estate Partners are developing Avenida Carrollton, an active adult community at 1875 Arbor Creek Dr.
The ten-acre community will have 155 one- and two-bedroom market-rate apartments and 48 duplex and triplex cottages.
The apartments will range from 686 to 1,285 sf, while the cottages will range from 1,360 to 1,490 sf.
Residents will have access to 35,000 sf of interior and exterior amenities.
Project partners include Meeks + Partners and KWA Construction.
