AUSTIN – Third and Congress Owner LLC is purchasing three tracts of land from WC 3rd and Congress LP for $95 million.
The land totals 53,920 sf, or just under one and a quarter acres. The tracts are on two sides of The Austonian condo on 3rd St. and Congress Ave..
The site can hold over one million sf. It is currently occupied by a parking lot and low-rise buildings.
Third and Congress Owner is a special purpose entity formed by Wildcat Capital Management.
The deal is awaiting approval of a Travis County judge.
