AUSTIN – Watershed Development Group has broken ground on Sixth and Chicon, a 34,364-sf multifamily project at 1812 E. Sixth St.
The community will have 60 micro-housing units ranging from 252 to 465 sf.
Construction will be complete in summer 2023.
The project team includes general contractor Cadence McShane, designer Mark Odom Studio, and engineer Civiltude Planning & Engineering.
