WALLER – Work has started on Lakeview, a 1,200-acre master-planned community on FM 362 near SH 529.
The initial phase will include homes built on one- and two-acre lots. Homes will range from the mid $400,000s to more than $800,000.
Builders will include David Weekley Homes, Jamestown Estate Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and Sitterle Homes.
Amenities will include a 45-acre lake surrounded by homesites, two lakes by the main entry, and a central park with a fishing pier and community gathering space.
Sales begin this summer.
