HOUSTON – Lovett Commercial has started redeveloping Printhouse, a 76,000-sf historic building at 2410 Polk St.
The project will have 20,000 sf of ground-floor retail space, offices on the third and fourth floors, and a rooftop terrace.
CVS Pharmacy will anchor the retail portion, occupying 14,000 sf. The second floor will be Lovett Co.’s headquarters.
Built in 1944, the building was formerly occupied by the Houston Post. The newspaper ceased publication in 1995.
