HUTTO – Campo Azul Development LLC is developing Atanasio Ranch, a 99-home residential community.
It will have 45 single-family homes averaging 2,100 sf and starting at $595,000. There will also be 54 condos averaging 1,850 sf and starting at $495,000.
Construction begins in the fall.
Place Designers Inc. is the engineer.
