AUSTIN – The Connor Group has purchased Edison Riverside, a 354-unit apartment complex at 4711 E. Riverside Dr.
Built in 2019, the complex has studio and one- and two-bedroom units. Rents range from $1,349 to $2,799 per month.
Amenities include a pool, rooftop terrace, clubhouse, fitness center, pet park, business center, and package lockers.
The purchase marks the company’s fourth local transaction in the last six months.
