DALLAS – Regent Properties has purchased the 50-story Trammell Crow Center on Ross Ave. for more than $600 million.
The 37-year-old, 1.2 million-sf downtown high-rise recently underwent more than $180 million in upgrades.
The seller, New York-based JPMorgan Asset Management, had owned the property since 2005.
Cushman & Wakefield marketed the asset for sale.
