MARBLE FALLS – Zekelman Industries Inc. is developing Flatz 281, a 264-unit apartment complex at 5825 US 281 S.
The community will include a pool, clubhouse, bocce ball court, patio area with grills and fire pits, golf simulator, volleyball courts, and two dog parks.
Flatz 281 will be part of a 554-acre mixed-use development called Legacy Crossing. The project will consist of 1,350 single-family homesites and 127 acres of commercial and retail space.
Construction begins in May and will be complete in a year.
