GRUENE – Embrey is developing Collection at Gruene, a 252-unit single-family rental community.
It will offer 126 duplex-style homes in one- and two-story structures.
The community will have a clubhouse, media room, fitness center, pool, and dog park.
Construction will be complete by early 2024.
