SOUTHLAKE – Granite Properties is developing a 143,500-sf, five-story speculative office building next to its Granite Place office on SH 114.
Granite Place II will include an addition to the existing parking garage.
Construction starts this spring and will finish in mid-2023.
Corgan Associates is the architect for the $40 million project.
