AUSTIN – Host Hotels & Resorts has acquired the 319-room Hotel Van Zandt at 605 Davis St.
The 16-story luxury hotel has a rooftop pool bar, restaurant with a stage, and 13,000 sf of indoor meeting space.
Kimpton Hotels manages the property.
