ELGIN – Century Communities Inc. and Green Brick Partners Inc. are developing Trinity Ranch, a 1,700-home community on 383 acres.
Homes will be priced in the $300,000 range.
The community will have an amenity center, pocket parks, and trails.
Construction begins next month.
