GIDDINGS – Drake Storage, a 61,520-sf self-storage facility at 1440 N. Orange St., has been sold.
The 8.36-acre property has 94 climate-controlled units, 210 non-climate controlled units, on-site parking, and 3.7 acres for future expansion. The sale also included a 76-unit satellite property.
Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal.
