Hotel coming to EastVillage mixed-use community

​​​​AUSTIN – Reger Holdings LLC is developing The Hotel Austin, a 150-room hotel at the EastVillage ​mixed-use community.

The six-story, 151,780-sf hotel will have​ a pool, bar, full-service restaurant, and banquet facilities.

Construction begins in the second quarter and will be complete by fourth quarter 2023.

At full buildout in 2030, the 425-acre EastVillage will have:

• 2,000 multifamily units,

• 466 single-family homes,

• 223,000 sf of retail space,

• 810,000 sf of office space,

• hotels,

• restaurants, and

• parkland.
