DRIPPING SPRINGS – Southern Land Company LLC is planning a 70-acre luxury home community at the end of Silver Creek Rd., near Treaty Creek Distilling.
The 28 homes will each sit on between 1.5 and two acres. Nineteen homes will abut Barton Creek.
Infrastructure construction begins in September. Homes are expected to start in the $1.5 million range.
Southern Land Co.’s construction arm will build the homes. Doucet & Associates Inc. is handling engineering.
