Amenities will include a pool and 89,123-sf parking garage.
Project partners include architect Blacksmith Collaborative, civil engineer WPI Inc., and structural engineer SCA Consulting.
The site currently houses a 3,407-sf residential building and 53,051-sf metal structure.
