Florida company building 1,200 residential units in Fort Worth

​​​​FORT WORTH – DLP Capital has purchased two tracts of land to build 1,200 rental homes.

A 643-unit single-fa​mily-home community called Orchard Farms will be built at Shelby and Rendon Roads.

The Mansion at Marine Creek apartment community at 5201 Shadydell Dr. will have 638 units.

Construction will be completed in three phases over the next two to three years.​
