SAN ANTONIO – Cohen-Esrey Development is developing Loma Vista Lofts, a 212-unit affordable apartment community at 323 N. General McMullen Dr.
All units will be reserved for residents earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.
Construction begins in February and will wrap up by summer or fall 2023.
Muñoz and Co. is the architect. Southtown Engineering is the civil engineer.
