PFLUGERVILLE – Banyan Residential LLC is developing a 230-home build-to-rent community on 34.4 acres at 2601 Crystal Bend Dr.
The community will include a pool, fitness center, and green space.
Construction begins this fall.
Banyan has partnered with Bridge Investment Group LLC on the project.
