AUSTIN – Allied Orion Group is developing The Evergreen at Whisper Valley, a 350-unit apartment complex in the Whisper Valley master-planned community.
Designed by The Sage Group, the property will have one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, business center, and beer garden.
Construction begins in first quarter 2023.
