PLANO – Cousins Properties and Lincoln Property Co. are building two office towers near the northeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Legacy Dr.
Called Legacy Union Two and Three, the towers will be 13 stories each and total 650,000 sf.
Both buildings will have outdoor lounge areas, indoor/outdoor fitness studios, food and beverage service venues, customer lounge, and conference and training facility.
HKS designed the towers. GFF designed building interiors.
J.E. Dunn Construction is the general contractor.
Construction on the first tower will begin by second quarter 2022 and take 15 months.
