Austin investment firm sells five DFW apartment buildings

​​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Austin-based Casoro Group sold five area multifamily properties totaling 1,070 units.

The properties are the:

• 216-unit Mariposa Villas, built in 2003 at 1531 Duncanville Rd. in Dallas;

• 332-unit Vistas at Pinnacle Park, built in 2003 at 4599 W. Davis St. in Dallas;

• 198-unit Huntington Ridge, built in 2007 at 821 S. Polk St. in DeSoto;

• 180-unit River Oaks built in 2002 at 2000 Country Club Rd. in Wylie; and 

• 144-unit Savoy of Garland built in 2008 at 608 Rowlett Rd. in Garland.
