AUSTIN – Wood Partners LLC has broken ground on Atla Blue Goose, a 300-unit luxury apartment community at 9900 US 290 E.
The property will have one- to three-bedroom units, a pool, dog park, fitness center, and coworking spaces.
Construction will be complete by the end of 2022.
Design Balance Inc. is the architect, and Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
