SAN ANTONIO – Morgan Group is developing Caroline at Rogers Ranch, a 351-unit apartment complex at 3331 N. Loop 1604 W.
The property will have one- to three-bedroom units, half of which will be reserved for renters earning at or less than 60 or 80 percent of the area median income.
Amenities will include a pool, dog park, and business center.
Construction begins in December and will be complete by winter 2023.
Davies Collaborative is the architect. Pape-Dawson is the civil engineer.
