AUSTIN – DB Capital has acquired Laurel Woods, a 150-unit apartment community at 8312 Fathom Circle.
The 12-building complex has one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, dog park, basketball court, and outdoor grilling and picnic areas.
DB Capital will rebrand the community as Summit at Westwood.
