GEORGETOWN – Owen Holdings has delivered over 150 lots to homebuilders in Parmer Ranch, a 454-acre master-planned community near Williams Dr. and Ronald Reagan Blvd.
The 155-home first phase will be built by GFO Home LLC, Gehan Homes Ltd., Empire Communities LLC, and Sitterle Homes Ltd.
The homebuilders have also purchased lots in the development’s second phase, which will be completed in four or five months.
