SAN ANTONIO – McCormack Baron Salazar Inc. has completed East Meadows, a $79 million mixed-income housing project on the east side.
The project includes 334 one- to four-bedroom garden apartments and townhomes and 80 one- and two-bedroom senior homes.
East Meadows also includes the two-acre Phillis Wheatley Park.
The majority of the apartments are reserved for low-income families. All senior homes are reserved for low-income seniors.
McCormack developed the project in partnership with the city and the San Antonio Housing Authority.
