NEW BRAUNFELS – MNO Partners is breaking ground on a $32 million residential development at the northwest corner of E. Common St. and Old FM 306.
The development will include one- to three-bedroom apartments and townhomes.
Amenities will include a pool, co-working space, dog park, spin room, yoga studio, and fitness room.
Construction begins early next year.
