SUGAR LAND – ARKA Properties Group Inc. has purchased Commerce Center Sugar Land from Griffin Partners Inc.
The six-building, 93,945-sf industrial/flex portfolio was built between 2006 and 2007 on 7.2 acres on W. Airport Blvd. near Dairy Ashford Rd.
It consists of four side-load and two rear-load buildings. The buildings have clear heights ranging from 16 to 18 ft, 37 percent office finish, and ample vehicle parking.
Commerce Center Sugar Land is 91.6 percent leased to 11 tenants in the environmental, energy, manufacturing, and market research industries.
JLL Capital Markets marketed the portfolio on behalf of the seller.
