110-acre mixed-use development slated off US 79

​​​ROUND ROCK – Indianapolis-based Milhaus is developing the 110-acre Kenney Fort North Planned Unit Development.

The property is west of the Kalahari Re​sort on US 79 and less than a mile from Dell Diamond.

The property will include:

• retail, office, and hotel space;

• urban-style multifamily residences;

• mixed residential;

• single-family homes and townhouses; and

• 25 acres of parks and open space.

Milhaus will break ground early next year and open the first buildings within two years.
