SAN ANTONIO – Dallas-based Criterion Development Partner will break ground early next year on an apartment complex within the Éilan master-planned community.
The five-building, 293-unit community will be at 18001 La Cantera Terrace. It will include studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
The project will have a two-story leasing and amenity center with co-working space, game lounge, and golf simulator room. Other amenities will include a pool, bike storage, and a pet wash station.
Construction will be complete by spring 2024, with the first units to begin leasing in late spring 2023.
Construction will cost $37 million.
The project team includes Dallas-based HLR Architects, locally based Pape-Dawson Engineers, and Dallas-based Ink + Oro. Criterion.
Criterion purchased 43 acres within the 119-acre Éilan last year.
