Vesper residential tower rising in Rainey Street

​AUSTIN – Locally based Pearlstone Partners and New York-based ATCO Properties & Management will break ground this month on Vesper, a 41-story residential high-rise.

The condominium tower will be on 0.41 acres at 84 East Ave. in the Rainey Street Historic District. ​​​

Vesper will have 284 residential units averaging 975 sf. Ten unis will be reserved for households earning up to 80 percent of the area median family income. 

Amenities will include:

  • a rooftop community clubhouse with a sky-deck pool, cabana, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and lounge;

  • fitness studio with private spin and yoga studios; 

  • sky dog park, lawn and dog-washing station;

  • community courtyard and gathering table;

  • ground-floor coworking space; and 

  • rear lobby with public art gallery and mural showcasing local art.

The first units will deliver in 2024. 

Other project partners ​include architect STG Design, civil engineer Wuest Group, designer McCray & Co., and general contractor​ AECOMHunt.
