AUSTIN – UrbanSpace Real Estate and Interiors will construct The Modern Austin Residences, a 345-unit for-sale condo project downtown.
The project will be at 610 Davis St. in the Rainey Street District. It will include two retail spaces.
Nelsen Partners, Page, and Flintco are on the project team. Construction and sales will begin in first quarter 2022.
