MISSOURI CITY – Houston-based NewQuest Properties has broken ground on the second phase of Fort Bend Town Center.
This phase will have 200,000 sf of retail space, 50,000 sf of entertainment space, and 50,000 sf of restaurants. It will be anchored by a 12-screen Cinemark theater.
Phase two will be complete by third quarter 2023.
Phase one totals 180,000 sf on 27 acres and is anchored by a Kroger grocery store.
At full buildout, the 42-acre development will be home to Ulta, Petco, Dollar Tree, Five Below, Ross Dress for Less, Burlington, and Mod Pizza.
