New York investor picks up Austin office building

​AUSTIN – New York City-based Tishman Speyer has purchased Building II at The Foundry, a 240,000-sf office complex. 

The two-building project was​ 96 percent leased at the time of sale. It offers amenities such as multiple fitness centers, bike storage spaces, and outdoor terraces. 

Earlier this year, Tishman Speyer purchased Foundry I, which opened in 2019. The company said it would purchased the second building once construction wraps. 

Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Cielo Property Group. CBRE leases the property.
