MONTGOMERY – Houston-based Gordon Partners has completed an expansion of Waterpoint Center on Lake Conroe, a 140,000-sf mixed-use development.
The expansion included 35,000 sf of waterfront office, retail, and restaurant space.
Gordon will break ground soon on an additional 10,000 sf of office and medical space. Delivery is set for first quarter 2022.
