Chicago insurance company consolidating into Las Colinas office

​​​IRVING – HUB International is c​​​onsolidating its Dallas-area operations into 30,000 sf in the Beltline Office Center.

Located 8222 N. B​​elt Line Rd., the office is being designed by Ted Moudis Associates and will open at the end of 2021.

Cushman & Wakefield leases the Beltline Office Center, which is owned by UBS Real Estate.
