FORT WORTH – NorthPoint Development is planning Intermodal Logistics Center Building 6, a one million-sf warehouse and distribution center.
Located near Blue Mound Rd., the project breaks ground this fall and will deliver in late 2022.
StudioNorth Architecture handled design, while CBRE is handling leasing.
The Intermodal Logistics Center development will have seven warehouses at full buildout.
