HOUSTON – A 115,001-sf, two-building office property near the interchange of Westpark Tollway and I-69/US 59 west of the Galleria has been sold.
Locally-based Westpark @ 59 Office Plaza LLC purchased the buildings at 6250 and 6260 Westpark Dr. from Presidium Group.
The asset, which is nearly fully occupied, has onsite management, 24-hour security, a deli, covered parking, skyline views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and multiple conference rooms.
The buildings were built in 1973 and underwent a renovation in 2016.
