Urban District 30 phase one sold

​​MESQUITE – A unit of Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co. has acquired the first phase of the Urban District 30 industrial park.

Located at the northeast intersection of I-30 and I-635, the five-building, 980,000-sf project ​broke ground in January 2020.

Urban District 30 is a project of Urban Logistics Realty and a private real estate equity fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital. 

Stream Realty Partners marketed the project to tenants.
