AUSTIN – Locally based Rastegar Property Co. has acquired Velo Flats, a 70-unit apartment complex in the Windsor Park neighborhood.
The 56,780-sf property was built in 1972 on three acres at 2606 Wheless Ln.
The new ownership is underway on a capital improvement program.
