KILLEEN – Local home prices have increased significantly as supply decreased in March, according to the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors.
The median home price was $170,000 last month, a 13.3 percent increase from March 2020.
The number of active listings fell 66 percent to 85.
The amount of time houses stayed on the market also decreased from 51 days to 29 days.
Other cities, such as Copperas Cove and Harker Heights, also saw the same trends last month.
