SAN ANTONIO – Louis Poppoon Development & Consulting Ltd. is developing Bristol at Somerset, a 348-unit affordable apartment community at the corner of Somerset and Fischer Roads.
The project will have one- to four-bedroom units with monthly rents at or less than 60 percent of the area’s median income. This caps rents at $834 per month for a one-bedroom and $1,290 for a four-bedroom.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, business center, swimming pool, and fitness center.
Galaxy Builders Ltd. is the general contractor. Gonzales Newell Bender Inc. is the architect.
