Brookwood Properties delivers 1,500-unit self-storage facility

​​AUSTIN – Brookwood Properties LLC has completed the 1,500-unit Life Storage facility at 4500 S. Congress Ave. 

The three-story, Class A facility spans 146,500 net rentable sf. 

Kaufman Design was the projec​t architect. Rosehill Construction was the general contractor.
