AUSTIN – Presidium has broken ground on the first phase of Presidium Waterford, a 283-unit apartment complex at 9127 Research Blvd.
The 281,533-sf community will have one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, bocce court, fire pits, and office lounges.
The first units will be delivered in December 2022.
O’Brien Architects and Dwell Design Studio designed the project.
