AUSTIN – Pearlstone Partners is developing Parkside at Mueller, a 200-unit condominium community on 1.8 acres at 1701 Simond Ave.
The project will offer studio-, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Thirty of the condos will be reserved for families earning up to 80 percent of the area median family income.
Construction will begin in the second quarter and be complete by mid-2023.
