SAN ANTONIO – Midway and GrayStreet Partners are redeveloping the 32-acre former Lone Star Brewery site into a multi-phase, mixed-use development.
The first phase of the Lone Star District will include:

50,000 sf of retail, bar, and restaurant space;

open-air plazas; and

pocket parks.
Lake Flato Architects and OJB Landscape Architecture are the designers. WGI Engineers is the civil engineer.
